Who's that boy in the blue jumpsuit?

My friends and I used to watch a music video in the fall of 2009 and I can't remember what it is. Here's what I can remember: the singer in the video wore a light blue jumpsuit similar to something Freddie Mercury would have worn. The singer had a blond hairstyle that was very 70's, but the video was modern. If you can provide any info about who this may be, please let me know.
