Should I buy this truck with this many miles?

I bought a 01 Ford F150 XL a year ago off a guy who sells locally, I bought it with 183,000 miles on it and right now Im about to roll it over 200,000 and I never had a problem with it at all. Now the same guy has a truck that I want but I'm scared of the miles. It's a 2006 Chevy Colorado, hes only asking $5,000 for it so Im tempted to buy it. Only catch is it has 280,000 miles on it, should I buy something with miles this high, or just stick with what I have because I know its dependable.
