Looking for a recipe for Beef Stew with Onions, Mushrooms, Capers and Cheddar Biscuit Topping from The Daily I?

the recipe was in the Daily Intelligencer, Bucks County, PA about 1987 or 1988. I made it several times, but cannot find the recipe. When the recipe was doubled, etc., it was a wonderful cerole for a large gathering.
