Help fish is sick!!!?

It sounds like ich/whitespot. I would get ich cure at a pet store as soon as possible, and follow the directions on the back. Also your should add some salt. It also spreds fast so i would check your other fish(if you have any, since you mentioned moving him to a different tank).
