If i keep the boost low, will the stock computer on my 370z be able to work with my TT setup?

new 370z, aftermarket plenum with oversized TB-i want to put 2 t25's on it & keep the boost low until i can find someone to tune it for me, so my question is, if i have a large intercooler & i keep the boost at or below 3psi, can my stock computer handle this?
