Why do people call trish stratus the greatest female wrestler thats ever stepped foot in a ring?

i know trish stratus has improved a lot from her days as a fitness model, but she still wasn't the best. anyone could argue that she was the greatest diva of all time, but there are many female wrestlers that are better than her as far as pure wrestling skills go. vince pushed her into a 7 time womens champion cause, she could talk on the mic for 15 minutes and the fans would listen. she was a very good actress and played her face/heel role very well. she knew how to connect with the fans. she was willing to take bumps and looked exactly the way vince wants a diva to look like. trish stratus also knew the basic holds of wrestling. she knew how to do a bulldog, a headscissors take down, a few rollups and few counters and a decent hammerlock. but people overrate her wrestling skills so much. imo, trish was nothing special like she was made out to be. she was mostly a brawler and a entertainer. im curious is to why people think she is better than jazz,molly holly, mickie james, ivory,jacqueline,bull nakano, and more. she is talented, but i don't think she is even in the top 20 best female wrestlers. is it cause she is a 7 time womens champion?
