Could my 3 mth old kitten be having a false pregnancy?

she started developing lumps in her belly just after going in heat. she's not been outside & i have 2 other female cats, both fixed. i'm taking her to the kitty dr just to be safe. thank-you in advance for any helpful answers. should i be worried about tumors. she was wild when i got her.
