Could it be possible to somehow make Wikipedia "reliable"?

Such as taking a "screenshot" of the entire damn website and having it peer reviewed by experts? Because it's model, the interlinkage of the articles and just the way the GUI looks, far surpes anything that any other encyclopedia has done to date.
