Could i be pregnant? crampy, late period, am i pregnant///?

my last period was april6th. befor that it was the 19/20 and it was the 19/20 for the previous 3 months. so this month should i get my period the 7 th? i have been off the pill and i have been having minor cramps and twinges. a few days ago i had to pee so bad i couldnt hold it in. and i have to go like once an hour if not more. my feel a lil tender. someone help...
