THIRSTY? anyone in IRELAND?

I came to Ireland for the summer (mind boggling by the way!) and I saw this cool billboard in Galway everyday that I spent in the town. It's a billboard that says " Thirsty?" on it and there's this dude looking at the photographer and he has cactus arms instead of regular arms. does anyone from Galway have that picture and could they post it somewhere? PLEASE freakin PLEASE.
