How should I ask her out?

I talked to a girl I've never met in person via text message then over the phone last night. Our conversation ended with me texting "Do you want to do something sometime" and her responding "Awww sure babe" We both understand that we want more than friends. So, if I wanted to ask her out later today, how would I go about doing that?
