Does anyone know if the J30A Engine will fit in my 1997 Honda Accord?

I am interested in purchasing a new engine for my 1997 Honda Accord EX(Standard). It currently has the stock 2.2 L 4 CYL VTEC that came with the car originally. I am trying to improve the performance of my vehicle and I have already installed an aftermarket air intake, and exhaust system, but I would like a new engine. I want to know if the J30A engine would fit, and if so, if you knew what the performance improvements would be? Or, if you had any suggestions as to what a better replacement engine would be.
