WHY I CANT SEE "REPORT ABUSE" TAB ANYWHERE ON YA EVEN IF I DIDNOT.??!!?

its now further to the the right of the thumbs up and down on and its appearence has changed intstead being a a rectengle its now just the words "report abuse" itself.
