What is wrong wth my baby?

my 12 month old does not respond to his name(he only turns to me when he hasnt seen me all day but all the other times i am with him when i call his name he doesnt turn to me--then when i call his name a bunch of times and he still doesnt respond, i call his name in an angry and loud tone--then he grunts at me like he is angry i used that tone); he is also doesnt feed himself--doesnt hold his own bottle and doesnt do finger foods--during feeding time he pulls his hands away towards his back and brings his open mouth towards me as if asking me to feed him--but he wont do it himself--finally he doesnt call me ma-ma or his dad da-da...he sometimes babbles sounds like: "zzhha zzha, or na-na, ta-ta, taa-ooo, blows raspberries etc" but doesnt call anyone anything specifically. he is walking on his own although a little wobbly and is otherwise social- he is easily made to laugh with games like peek-aboo but these issues are bothering me- do you think he has a developmental issue?
