How to get rid of whiteheads/full pores?

I have never had an attack on my face like this one. I wash it with a salicylic cleanser, tone it, put the spot treatment on, and moisturize. all the products are burts bees with salicylic acid. That's my daily and nightly skin routine. the last week or 2, when I started using the toner along with the rest, I started getting whiteheads every day! They do have white heads, but they are more like full pores, and just squeezing gently on both sides lets loose the pus(sorry, gross). But they won't stop coming! I feel like they might be getting smaller, but they show up every morning. Could the toner be bringing out the bacteria deep within? Do you think it will stop soon when all the toxins are out? Anything I can do?
