I'd go to bed now, get at least 3 hrs of sleep. Enstine proved that 3 hrs of sleep = a full night since you sleep in cycles. 1 for evey hour. 1st, like a trance. 2nd, your sleeping, 3rd, deep sleep. But at the 4th hour you go back to that trance. So you wake up like you only had like 1 hr. It's actually worked for me.
