Atheists: Why did no “other god” accurately predict and fulfill the prophecy against the ancient city of Tyre?

Please read Ezekiel 26 again and let me know why this Tyre, which was prophesied that the city site would be desolate and nothing would live there again. Why is this site now the site of the third largest city in Lebanon, with a population of over 100,000?
